Shire Gymnastics is a respected and sought after gym with a great reputation for coaching in a supportive and fun environment. We have excellent recreation programs which extends gymnastics skills for all children and we have competitive WAG (women's) and MAG (men's) program which produces successful gymnasts.

At Shire Gymnastics we pride ourselves on providing a rewarding, challenging and high quality gymnastics program that helps each child to reach their individual potential in a safe environment. We are a boutique space with strong values around family and supporting children to thrive.

Shire Gymnastics opened its doors in January 2007 to provide the Sutherland Shire with a gymnastics centre that's different to all the others... a place where everyone is treated equally, a kind and caring environment for the gymnasts to achieve their goals, a program that teaches not only high quality gymnastics but how to be compassionate, hard working, inclusive, coachable, determined and humble. With knowledgable, passionate, committed and caring staff members, the gym became known in the community as a successful program for both recreational and competitive gymnastics.

Our goals are:

  • For our members to share the love of gymnastics

  • To enhance each gymnast's physical, mental and personal development through the appreciation of teamwork, work ethics, self-discipline and respect

  • For our club, teams and individual athletes to achieve excellence in state, national and international events

  • To provide ongoing education and professional development for our coaches to support opportunities for the advancement and growth of our gymnasts
