Teen Gymnastics has been designed for teenagers who would like to participate in non- competitive gymnastics while learning all the tricks and get their bodies strong, flexible and fit.

Gymnastics is a sport that can complement other sports such as running, dancing and swimming to name a few, it will also assist with your core strength

  • Max per class: 15 (2 coaches)
  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Ages: 13-18 yrs
  • When: Wednesdays 5pm-6.30pm
